This agreement is a legal agreement between you and WPReviewEngine.com. This agreement supersedes all prior agreements or understandings between you and WPReviewEngine.com. All rights not granted to you in this agreement are reserved to WPReviewEngine.com.
Definitions
a. Software: The WPReviewEngine, CSV2WP, and Link Cloaker WordPress plugins and any related or associated files, data, documentation, updates, license keys, databases, script modifications, and any other derivative works thereof.
b. Client Area: The web pages located at the URL
http://clients.wpreviewengine.com/, or another URL that WPReviewEngine.com chooses to provide.
Grant
a. You may use the Software for the purposes of running a review website on a the number of domain names allowed by your license.
b. You may make a reasonable number of copies for backup purposes only.
c. You may modify the Software as per your requirements.
Restrictions
a. You may not use the Software concurrently on multiple Internet domain names, unless you have been expressly granted a license to do so.
b. You may not distribute copies of the Software or transfer any part of them to a 3rd party.
c. You may not rent, lease, sell, or sub-license the Software or copies of the Software.
d. You may not use the Software to engage in any illegal activity.
e. You may not modify or disable the license checking code in the Software, or disable PHP url-file access to WPReviewEngine.com.
Transfer
You may not transfer your license or any part of it to any other 3rd party.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
In no event shall WPReviewEngine.com be held liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software. The Software comes without warranty, even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
License Modification
WPReviewEngine.com reserves the right to modify the license agreement at any time. These changes will take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Software after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance and agreement of such changes. You may view the latest copy of the license agreement online in the Client Area. If you do not agree with the changes in the license agreement, you agree that your sole and exclusive remedy is terminate this agreement as outlined in the "Termination" section of this agreement.
Termination
Either party has the right to terminate this agreement within 72 hours of sending e-mail notice to the other party. Upon termination, you agree to destroy any copies of the Software and any derivative works thereof.
You will receive a full refund under the following cases:
a. WPReviewEngine.com chooses to terminate the agreement for a reason other than violation and you paid via PayPal.
b. You choose to terminate within 30 days of purchase and you paid via PayPal.
No refunds are available to customers who contact us directly to arrange an alternate payment method (including but not limited to check, money order, or Western Union). The money back guarantee only applies to payments sent via PayPal.
If you are found to be in violation of this agreement, you will be punished to the maximum extent of possible law and your license to use the Software will be terminated.
